Izla Lokal has only one delivery option for now, which is Online Delivery via Lalamove.
ONLINE DELIVERY VIA LALAMOVE
Customers
- The partner delivery courier of Izla Lokal is Lalamove.
- Upon checkout, Izla Lokal's system will automatically send a signal to Lalamove to find a driver.
- Once the driver accepts the booking, he will contact and confirm with the merchant to pick up the product.
- The customer can track the order through the order details summary found in the Purchase History tab.
- Assigning: means that Lalamove is still assigning a driver to pick up the booking.
- On Going: means that the driver is on the way to the merchant to pick the product.
- Picked Up: means the driver has already picked up the product from the merchant.
- Completed: means that the driver has already delivered the product to the customer.
- Expired: means that the booking has expired.
- Rejected: means that the driver rejected the booking.
- Canceled: means that the merchant canceled the booking.
- In case of expired, rejected, or canceled booking, the customer may file a refund request to Izla Lokal customer support through this email support@izlalokal.com.
- Refunds for failed bookings will be credited back to your bank account within 24 hours from the ticket confirmation.
- If the customer wishes to continue with the purchase, she will have to cancel the first order and create a new order to proceed with the usual process.
- Once an order has been successfully matched, you will see an estimated arrival time on the map. Once the driver has picked up your delivery, the time listed will be the estimated arrival time to the drop-off location. Please note that the time listed is only for reference and may be changed due to unforeseeable reasons such as traffic and weather issues.
- The fare of service is based on multiple factors such as traffic situation, order volume, availability of delivery partners, applicable tolls, surcharges, and so on. Hence, the total fare of the service may vary. The fare displayed at the time of request may not be the same if there is a change to order details.
- Peak Hours Surcharge will be added during peak hours to increase the chances of your order being matched during these times. Lalamove will evaluate ongoing demand and supply and implement this surcharge, which will be automatically reflected in your bill.
Merchants
- Once the customer completes the payment upon checkout, the Izla Lokal system will automatically send a signal to the Lalamove API to assign a driver who will pick up the product.
- Once Lalamove accepts the delivery, the driver will call the merchant to confirm the transaction.
- The merchant can track the order through the order details summary found in the Purchase History tab.
- Assigning: means that Lalamove is still assigning a driver to pick up the booking.
- On Going: means that the driver is on the way to the merchant to pick the product.
- Picked Up: means the driver has already picked up the product from the merchant.
- Completed: means that the driver has already delivered the product to the customer.
- Expired: means that the booking has expired.
- Rejected: means that the driver rejected the booking.
- Canceled: means that the merchant canceled the booking.
- Once you are matched with a driver, you will see the details of the driver. Your driver will also contact you via phone call to confirm the information. Should you want to reach out to the driver again, you may also contact them via the app in the order details.
Mobile App
Under the driver details, you may click on the "Chat" or "Call" button to use the in-app chat to talk with the driver or call them directly.
Web
You may chat with the driver directly. You may also refer to the driver's phone number listed in the Order Details panel and contact the driver via text or call.

- You can check the location of the driver via the order page. You may see where your driver is in real-time and get notified instantly when the delivery has been completed. You can even send the tracking information to your customer by clicking the share button on the order page, so they know the delivery status and the estimated time of arrival. Should there be any issues, you may also click the "Chat" button to use the in-app chat feature to talk with the driver directly.
- Should you wish to expedite pickup or matching, you can give a tip to the driver. The payment shall be shouldered by the Merchant and not the customer.
