Payment Processing Partner

Izla Lokal has partnered with PayMongo, a trusted and secure payment gateway, to process all transactions. With industry-leading security standards, PayMongo ensures that your payment and financial data are protected at all times.

Order Process

  • Order Confirmation: All payments must be completed at checkout to confirm your order. Your total bill will include the product price and the applicable delivery fee, broken down as follows:
    Product Price + Delivery Fee = Total Bill
  • Delivery Fee Calculation: Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from the merchant's location to your delivery address. The rate depends on factors such as distance, traffic conditions, vehicle type, product weight, and driver availability, as determined by our logistics partner, Lalamove.   • Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details and a summary of your transaction.

Merchant Payment Process

  • Order Notifications: Upon a successful sale, merchants will receive a notification via their Izla Lokal dashboard and through email.
  • Payment Disbursement: Payments are first collected by Izla Lokal for verification and clearing. Disbursements are made to your registered bank account or e-wallet every Tuesday between 9 AM and 9 PM. A separate email will be sent to confirm your registered bank details.
  • Transaction Receipts: Merchants will receive an email confirmation along with an official receipt for the transaction, issued by Izla Lokal.
  • Issuing Receipts to Buyers: It is the merchant's responsibility to issue an official receipt to the buyer. This can be included in the package or sent electronically.

Fees

Izla Lokal charges a 10% fee per transaction, broken down as follows:

  • Platform Fee: 7.5%
  • Bank Transfer Fee: 2.5%
