Buyer's Side

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

Buyers may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • The item was not received by the buyer.
  • The item arrived defective or damaged.
  • The delivered item does not match the specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.).
  • The buyer changes their mind, provided the item is eligible for return/refund (determined by Izla Lokal or the item's listing).
  • The item significantly differs from the seller's description.
  • The buyer and seller agree to a private resolution, confirmed by Izla Lokal.
How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, buyers must email refund@izlalokal.com and provide details of the issue. Proof of delivery through our logistics partner may be required.

If a return is necessary, buyers must ship the item back within ten (10) calendar days to the address designated by Izla Lokal.


Merchant's Side

Merchant Confirmation

Merchants are required to confirm the receipt and condition of returned items with Izla Lokal before the refund is processed.

Refund Approval

Once the merchant verifies the return, they must notify Izla Lokal of their decision to approve or decline the refund.

Refund Processing

Izla Lokal will process the refund, deducting the refund amount from the merchant’s wallet. Refunds will be credited back to the buyer through the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed upon between the buyer and seller or if the item arrived defective.
